Service design concentrates on user experience within the lines of human-center design products. What is unique about service design is that it implements a system that is primarily focused on customer experience. Because corporations are heavily involved and attracted to a variety of customer experience methods, such a system would be highly beneficial for them to invest in. Not only does a great customer service experience ensure a customers loyalty and trust but develops a foundation to base their company image on.

Service experiences and prototypes are valuable for many reasons. Users, customers, and employers can all gain from additional learning brought forth by story telling and scenarios. Scanerios and paper prototyping are effective means for visualizing an idea, it provides your audience with the mental picture you’ve established but through concrete means. Body storming is another effective measure to visualize the environment and functionality of the design, By doing this a user can clearly understand its capabilites and limitations within the environment it may be used in. Because many people have different preferences, several scenarios must be introduced to successfully illustrate your design and how it will be used among users.

Constant service experience courses and programs are always being introduced because it is very valuable to companies and customers, with the best customer service a small business can become a great corporation. Customer always feel happy when they know their business is appreciated and by using such a system, the desired results can be achieved.
